✦ Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. A fee may be charged for no-shows.

Payment

✦ Payments can be made in cash, via a bank transfer or a payment request.
✦ Prices include VAT and are listed on our website.

Companions and Pets

✦ Feel free to bring a friend to your appointment. Please let us know in advance.
✦ Pets are allowed in the studio as long as they are well-behaved.

Guarantee

✦ We offer a 7-day guarantee on all treatments, provided that the aftercare advice has been followed.
