What is a Custom Set?

A Custom Set consists of 10 handpainted press-on nails with a design of your choosing. Tell me your vision and we will create something uniquely you together.

How do I commission a Custom Set?

Step 1: Send Me Your Design
Get in contact via Instagram, email, or the custom form with design ideas, nail shape, sizing, and special notes.

Step 2: Down Payment
The deposit secures your spot.

Step 3: Design & Revisions
1 free edit round, then small revision fees may apply.

Step 4: Final Checkout
I’ll send a direct cart link to complete your order.

Step 5: Processing & Shipping
14 business days to create + shipping time.

Can I see a sample of my custom design before placing a deposit?

I can provide a quick sketch to give you a general idea, but full mock-ups are reserved for confirmed orders. Once you’ve placed your deposit, I’ll create a detailed mock-up just for you. If it’s not quite right the first time, no worries, you get one free revision after sharing your feedback!

Can I exchange or return the Custom Set if I'm not happy with it?

Because every set is made to order, exchanges and returns aren’t possible. Each design is handmade to your size and made specifically for you, so it can’t be resold.

If something genuinely isn’t right, send a message. I’ll always take a fair look and fix what I can.

Mystery Sets

What is a Mystery Set?

A Mystery Set consists of 10 unique handpainted press-on nails with a design decided by yours truly. These are designs I really want to create so you get a little extra for your money’s worth. Choose your favourite from a collection of themes and I will create something unique. You will not see the design beforehand. Shapes and sizes are all custom unless specified otherwise.

Can I see a sample of my Mystery Set before ordering?

Nope, it’s a mystery for a reason! These sets are all about surprise and creative freedom, so I won’t be sharing previews. I’ll choose the design based on what I’m excited to paint, and you’ll get a one-of-a-kind set made with love.

Can I exchange or return the Mystery Set if I'm not happy with it?

Because every set is made to order, exchanges and returns aren’t possible. Each design is handmade to your size and made specifically for you, so it can’t be resold.

Pre-Designed Sets

What is a Pre-Designed Set?

A Pre-Designed Set is a press-on nail design that’s already created and ready to remake. The look, colours, and layout are decided in advance, you’re choosing the artwork, not the exact physical set in the photo. Once you pick the design, I handmake a fresh version in your size and shape. It’s the quickest way to get a detailed, custom-fitted Cute Clawz Set!

Am I buying the exact set in the photo?

Nope. The photo shows the design you’re selecting. I remake every set to your size and shape, so you receive a fresh, handmade version created just for you.

Will my set look the same as the photo?

Yes, the design stays true to the original. Because everything is hand painted, there may be some tiny variations, think of them as the charm of real art.

Can I customise a design?

If you’d like small tweaks, colour changes, extra accents, just ask. I’ll let you know what’s possible.

Can I exchange or return the Pre-Designed Set if I'm not happy with it?

Sizing

How do I know what sizes I need?

Use a sizing kit for the most accurate fit, or try the tape-measure method if you're confident measuring at home. Sizing is the customer’s responsibility, so please double-check before ordering, since each set is made to order, returns or exchanges aren’t possible.

What is included in the Sizing Kit?

A sizing kit includes all sizes of one shape I offer. This way you can try them at home and see what fits best.

What shapes can I choose from?

I offer a range of different shapes, from extra short to extra long and from square to stiletto! 

Not sure what’s best for you?  Send me a picture of your hands and nails and I will give you a recomendation.

What if my custom design doesn’t fit perfectly?

Cute Clawz Press-Ons come in standard shapes and sizes. Not a perfect fit? No worries, you can CAREFULLY file the sides or use heat to make the nails more flat.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Orders ship worldwide, with one exception. I currently don’t ship to the United States due to unstable tariff conditions. Everywhere else is good to go.

How much will shipping cost?

All orders are made in the Netherlands and are shipped with PostNL or DHL. Shipping within the Netherlands strarts at € 4,25.

International shipping rates vary, please refer to the checkout page for an estimate.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking link when your order is shipped.

How to use

How long can I wear a set of Cute Clawz Press-Ons?

You can wear a set for 1-5 days with our glue tabs or for up to 3 weeks with our glue. Read our blog for more information.

How do I apply a set of Cute Clawz Press-Ons?

Clean the nail plate and press-on nail. Apply your glue or glue tab and stick your design on! Read our blog for more information.

How do I remove a set of Cute Clawz Press-Ons?

Soak your nails in hot water with dishsoap and oil for half an hour and carefully use a wood stick to flick them off. Read our blog for more information.

Policy

What is included in my package?

A full set of 10 handpainted press-on nails, nail glue, adhesive tabs for at least 10 wears, a cuticle stick, nail file, instructions, and a little gift :).

What is your return/exchange policy?

I do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances as the service I provide are highly personal. If there is any issue with your order I will do my best to correct it. Read our full policy here.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be processed in 2-7 business days or 2-14 for a custom set. Shipping times are dependent on your location.
