We offer international shipping through DHL and PostNL.

Shipping Times

Domestic Orders (Netherlands):
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days. The cost for domestic shipping starts at €4.25.

International Orders:
Shipping times for international orders vary by destination. We aim to process international orders within 2 to 7 business days, but delivery times depend on the destination country. For faster delivery, express shipping is available upon request. Please get in contact for express shipping options and estimated delivery times.

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number (if applicable).

Note on Delays

While we work hard to fulfil all orders in a timely manner, please be aware that delivery times may be impacted by factors outside our control, such as customs delays, high-demand periods, or unforeseen shipping disruptions.

Planning a special occasion? We recommend ordering in advance to allow for potential delays in both customs and domestic transit times.

Because all our products are custom-made, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges once your order is placed. However, we take great care in crafting each item to your specifications, and all products are carefully inspected for quality before shipping.
