Because all our products are custom-made and personalized, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. Discounted items and gift cards are also not eligible for return.

We take great care in crafting each item according to your specifications and thoroughly inspect all products before shipping. Please check your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and offer a suitable solution.

If the error is on our end—such as a mistake in customization or a defect missed during inspection—we will do everything we can to resolve it promptly and properly. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
